If completed the 2nd grade at high school in home country, students generally need to attain 8 more credits to be eligible for OSSD

If completed the 1st grade at high school in home country, the required volunteer hours may be waived.
However, minimum 10 hours of volunteer activity per year in Canada are still recommended -
Must take OSSLT. If failed, can be replaced by taking OSSLC
(OSSLC : Ontario Secondary School Literacy Course)
